Refund policy

Return Period: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order,in line with UK costumer regulations.Any requests beyond this period cannot be accepted

Condition of Items:Items must be returned in their original condition,unworn,unwashed,unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.Produscts that show signs of wear, damage, alteration,or removal of labels will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized or custom-made pieces,Sale or discounted items,Gift Cards,Accessories such as scarves,items that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories.

Return Approval: All returned goods are subject to a quality inspection.Barrus reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above  conditions.

Return Process: Customers must contact us at info@barrusglobal.com before sending any items back.Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.We strongly recommend using a trackable servise, as Barrus is not liable for items lost in transit

Refunds: Once a return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.Please allow up 14  working days for the process to be completed.

EXCHANGES:

Exchange Period: Exchanges must be requested within the same 14-days period as returns.

Eligibility:Exchanges are only possible if the requested replacment item is available in stock..

Condition of Items:The same condition rules apply,as returns— items must be unworn,unused,unwashed,and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Process:Please contact info@barrusglobal.com to request an exchange.Once the returned item has passed inspection, your replacement will be dispatched.

Shipping and Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.Barrus will cover the cost of sending out the replacement item.
