RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased on Barrus within 20 days of the delivery date.

All orders placed on barruslondon.co.uk are shipped using the DHL delivery service. It is important to ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping address when placing your order, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

You can return any item purchased on Barruslondon within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that the billing address you provide must match the address on your credit card statement.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm the dispatch. Please note that before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer, but we will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.

Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that during sale periods, it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch. Please be aware that in some areas, delivery services may be limited, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

For security purposes, all online purchases made on barruslondon.co.uk require a signature upon delivery. Please note that our delivery service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the delivery address may sign for the package. We cannot be held liable for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for by someone else at the delivery address.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package after these attempts and no communication has been received within 5 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.

During sale periods, your order may experience a slight delay, and we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
